The materials are scrutinized, following which a detailed datasheet is prepared listing all the major instructions to be followed while executing the work involved.

The materials are then passed on to production.

Proof Reading
The formatted and paginated pages are printed through a laser printer and sent to the quality assurance department for proof-reading.

Prior to starting each title the respective specification sheets are thoroughly studied by a team of highly educated and skilled professionals who have a wide experience in handling a variety of titles from various International Publishers. Then they launch into the formatted pages, checking for style, hyphenations, and mark-up errors. Errors are clearly marked using the standard mark-up signs.

The marked up pages are subsequently sent to the page make-up operators who carry out the corrections with utmost care and caution.

A final printout of the corrected pages are printed and sent to the quality assurance department for a pre-final check.

Pre-Final Inspection
The final printout is cross verified with the previously marked pages for any omission of errors and a sweeping overall checking is done. Error pages if any are re-printed.

Final Inspection
A checklist of all the materials to be dispatched to the client is prepared. All materials are cross verified with the checklist before the parcel is sealed and dispatched.

Auditing
To assure that all the production systems implemented are adhered to, random checks are conducted regularly by our Senior Production Personnel.

Periodical inter department brainstorming meetings are held to further enhance the production system.
